"Old hotel. Rooms newly redone which is only reason I didn’t leave. Lobby was “ok.” Rest of hotel, inside and out, was far below expectations. Service was excellent however. Very nice staff. "

"This was one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever experienced. There was a birthday party with many children, and they put me and my party in a room that was near the conference room where the party was held and near all of the rooms where the partygoers were staying. I complained three times. The first time, I called at 9 PM. The person at the desk told me he had closed the pool. I didn’t understand what that had to do with hallway behavior on the second floor that had been happening for at least an hour. I called again at 10:15. I was immediately put on hold, called back three times, and no one answered. I called again at 11 PM, and I was told he would investigate. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. "

"Overall very nice. Staff was hard to understand when checking in. The room was huge and bed was comfortable. My wife's only complaint was the comforter was very thin and she would have liked a much thicker one. We didn't use much of the room as it was a quick one night stay. If you stayed for multiple nights the microwave kitchen area would be nice. Pretty big fridge. The TV was perfect for watching March Madness."

"Waiting in the cold at the airport after midnight for an hour. Shuttle driver had the wrong phone number and claimed he couldn’t find me even though I told him where I was standing. "

"Yes , there was a free breakfast. Nothing fancy Front Desk was great It was in the heart of Syracuse, so walking distances to many amenities and restaurants. 10 min drive to the airport or the Mall. And the parking lot has one EV charging station I think it's a great choice for a short a short stay MG"

"I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as several issues added up to a poor experience. First, the check-in process was frustrating. The front desk repeatedly assigned uncleaned rooms—not just to my family, but to at least three guests ahead of us as well. This suggests a lack of coordination and quality control. While the rooms themselves are spacious, there are many maintenance issues that shouldn’t be overlooked. For example, our room door wouldn’t close properly and could easily be pushed open, which is a serious security concern. In addition, one of the shower gel dispensers was broken and unusable. Housekeeping was also problematic. If you leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign on past 9 a.m., even if you remove it later, your room will not be serviced at all for the day. This policy was not clearly communicated and is quite inconvenient. Overall, these issues add up, and the hotel does not meet the standards I would expect from a 3-star property. "
