"The staff and room was great. Overall stay was amazing the Stake house was very good as well. I do feel they should come down on the price of the rooms but all and all I truly enjoyed my stay."

"The staff I encountered were great. They were accommodating and the beds were comfortable! The area is beautiful and we had a nice view from the back windows. It was a little loud overnight- but, typical hotel behavior. It was Saturday night. My main complaint and why I didn’t give them 5 stars all around was the floor was a bit dirty and the curtain rod was broken but had been positioned to stay up. Overall, decent experience and the staff made up for areas lacking. "

"We had an extremely disappointing stay that I would not wish on anyone. Upon arrival, we discovered that the sofa bed was visibly dirty — it had strange white crystals on the sheets that were deeply concerning. One of the pillows had gum stuck to it, and there was no blanket provided for the sofa bed. The bathroom was equally unacceptable. The floor was covered in black hair, and the toilet was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. We politely requested cleaning in the morning and reported the bathroom conditions to staff. When we returned to our room at 10 PM after being out for the entire day, absolutely nothing had been done. The room was in the exact same condition we left it — no cleaning, no linen replacement, nothing. To top it off, the breakfast coffee was undrinkable. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness and service is completely unacceptable. We will not be returning and strongly advise others to look elsewhere."

"Everything was great except for getting the normal housekeeping service every other day as stated on their hotel directory.. I stayed 6 nights and only had one service to my room even after I asked for it for one more time. When the second time was missed i asked again and was informed my room would be freshen up that day but still it did not happen. I was disappointed as I had stayed here before and had excellent service. I was informed that they were short staffed."
