"The bathroom toilet ran consistently but the hum of the A/C drowned out the noise."

"This hotel is very dated. The halls are dark, with lights turned all diffident directions. My room had 4 lamps, none of which matched any other lamp in the room. There was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector. Everything in the room looked like it was from the very early 2000’s. Not worthy of the TownPlace or the Marriott names. Staff was very friendly and polite."

"We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service."

"The second floor smelled like someone was smoking weed. The smell was coming into our room. I reported it to the front desk. We left for dinner and we when came back the odor had made its way to the first floor. We literally had to hold our breath to get to our room. "
