"Fabulous "

"Room was nice and clean. Spa was broken and inoperable, which I expect to be working when it’s listed as an amenity. I saw no one there trying to fix it during my stay. This is also the first time stating at ANY hotel where they were unwilling to put lobby snacks on the room tab - a separate transaction (cash or card) was required to buy a bag of chips. Do better, Best Western."

"Everything worked fine. The lighted mirror was appreciated. The bathtub was comfortable. Unfortunately the bed was not."

"I really disliked that they charge you $10 a night for parking and you're not even in a city - why charge parking when you have a massive parking lot? Also, they said it was to pay for security to watch the lot. Yet the form that I had to put on my dashboard states the hotel is not responsible for the safety of the car. So which is it? Very frustrating for sure and the staff was not at all apologetic or seemed to care about this extra hidden charge. Breakfast at the restaurant across street was pretty bad- made the mistake of ordering a croissant egg sandwich but it was just a microwaved little frozen item. The coffee was undrinkable. The hotel room seemed partly new and partly old- the couch was very warn and rug pretty yucky, but the bathroom was nice? Confusing place. The pool area looked nice although I didn't use."

"Well appointed clean room with a lot of space was great. Staff at the bar/restaurant really helpful. Food and cocktails great. Great location for exploring Malibu and northern LA area, would definitely stay again. "
