"My recent stay at a Wyndham hotel was disappointing, to say the least. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the property was not well-maintained. The room was dirty, with visible dust on surfaces, stained carpets, and a musty odor that made the space uncomfortable. The bathroom was even worse, with grime in the corners and fixtures that looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.

La atención del personal es pésima, no se preocupan en nada por sus clientes, Tienen un comportamiento racista. Tienen un solo microonda para todo el hotel. Hay muchos vagabundos en los alrededores. Tienen un shutter pero no lo ofrecen para nada. El precio es alto para lo que ofrecen que es NADA. Para irnos tuvimos que coger otro taxi. No se queden ahí."

2. we tried to make Check in at 5:30 pm and the reception man told us in very bad way that we need come back and try again until 7:30 pm, because he needs kick out someone... so what that mean? that our room will be dirty?? unusable??
3. We made reservation by Hotels.com the price was good, when we arrived at Travel Inn the reception guy said that only for this occasion He will respect this price, because normally is more expensive.

That is not true as you had to go across the street to the Hotel Captain Cook and use their facilities. Those facilities are more for elderly men/women and the mens quarters made my sons feel uncomfortable. "
