"This property was too close to busy street. It was dirty. The first room smelled musty and mildewy. TV was out in bedroom and one elevator was down. Checkout was a nightmare."

"Different than the typical hotel experience. More like an airbnb. Gorgeous and homey. Very clean. Modern looks. Took me a sec to get used to 3 elevator rides from parking deck to the room (50th floor) but not bad. Front desk security people were friendly and helpful. The room had absolutely everything I needed…down to laundry pods and pots and pans with a dishwasher. My only issue with the rental was the noise. The walls are terribly thin! Literally hearing every word sometimes from neighbors. Made it difficult to sleep one night. I felt guilty turning up the volume to the tv, playing music, or having company. "

"If you want to sleep this is not the place for you. It is right next to the freeway so you basically feel like you are sleeping on the highway. We were on the 2nd floor and asked to be moved up in hopes that the noise would not be as bad. That was not the case. It was worse! The staff are great/friendly, the hotel is clean, the amenities are wonderful, the bar is nice, and the breakfast was decent. But I had to wear ear plugs and have the tv on all night and could still hear the Indy 500 speedway right outside all day and night. "

"My trip started off rocky. I drove about 5 hrs to make it to the hotel and my room wasn’t ready even though it was almost 4pm. The staff did offer free parking & free breakfast. The room was actually amazing very spacious very clean well put together. The tv had a little static to it but overall I loved the room it was across from the mall and they offer shuttles."

"The overall sray was plesent, the staff nice and everything went soomth but I had booked two weeks in advance requesting a few accommodations for the special occasion and they said the would do their best and the room we had wasnt kn the top floor and it was just facing the highway. And there were other reviwes where the staff offered special thinngs in the room for the occasion but that was only offer online not recommended when I called ot when we checked in. And then the breakfast was $25 a person. I wish they had been just a little more accommodating in this aspect. The front desk attendant did give us a parking pass but the whole thing was very dirty expeccally the entrance ally from the parking. I dont think that should be $25 a night on top of your room either but I guess that just me. I dont think it was worth the pretty entrance but it was just those little things. I think its easy to forget when you work there all the time that for people like me I was hoping for a once in a life time experience for our celebration and we got the minimum is what it fel like. "
