"The rooms here are comfy and clean and breakfast is always good. Make sure the AC in your room is working before you settle in as I have had non working or low working AC in a couple different rooms. The main issue here is the customer service, I called previous to arrival as hotel requested to ask for a front room. Then, on arrival was literally berated by the front desk woman for leaving a previous review about the AC, fleas on bed covers and the front desk service. Not sure how this person could think she's entitled to act this unprofessionally and talk to a guest this way. Regardless I see from other reviews that this is an ongoing issue and as one nice human who overheard her chastising me said" Its hit or miss". "

"The hotel is beautiful. The rooms have all been updated very clean. The staff was personable. Very helpful. I had a small glitch and they jumped right on it and fixed it. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The jet tub room is amazing. The furnishings are all brand new in each in every room the staff are very personable. I can’t brag enough about the staff and the owner himself was there and stepped in I’m looking forward to our next day, which will be very soon."

"There was hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in and tge darpet wasnt vacuumed well. The AC had a bad leak and the water leajed on to our clothes and shoes"

"This hotel is probably great, but Best Western couldn’t fulfill my needs as a guest. The travel plans fell through and despite having travel insurance Best Western refused to refund or give me a credit to use another time. Overall horrible customer service from Best Western Corporate."
