"Driving up, great presentation. Handicap parking in the back of the building. They charge $10 for parking. Hotel was spacious, right by the freeway. Room had plenty of space as well. No breakfast included but you can buy some simple grab and go food. The only thing negative is that the hall way on the fourth floor smelled like vomit so I would try to hold my breath."

"Okay stay, for three nights. Room was listed as a kitchen unit - but no cook top! Was given a hot plate (only by request) and 1 pot, a spoon and spatula. Not exactly cookware. No dish soap - no washing cloth - no dish towels. Requested them and only received more bath towels. Included breakfast was good - not self serve. Line up, and be served one plate of scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns and pancakes. No bread for toast, no bagels, no cream cheese or spreads. Small muffins, coffee (bold only), hot water, and apple juice. Not the best, but not bad if you like just what they offer. Might stay again, if no other choice...."

Very good location generally very quiet and very safe and secure. 4. Good value for a clean safe comfortable simple room. 5. Would use again and have recommended to friends."

"When we stepped in the room, we were pleased to see a neat room just like the pictures I saw online. The AC worked very well. Our room is just across the street from Highway I-5. At first we worried it would be noisy. I am pleased it had no issues at all! The staff were all friendly and helpful. We didn't get chance to use pool, gym or laundry in 3 days. Overall it is a cozy place to stay. I would love to come back again when I must visit Irvine next time."
