"Room was reasonably clean. But the whole environment was completely sketchy. The front desk clerk was inaudible behind her plexiglass window. The breakfast was decent. I cannot recommend this place. And I cannot recommend hotels.com. "

"We got upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful. We stayed the night for the Marilyn Manson concert and enjoyed the pool, clubs and gambling. The staff spoiled us with snacks and turn down service. Only complaint would be the food. We weren’t aware that you need reservations for the buffet so we had to eat at the food court which was horrible. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was absolutely awful. The whole place and staff were excellent."

"Very clean room. The staff was great. Tiffanie and the guy that works the counter at night were amazing. Professional, very helpful. They get 5 stars. Breakfast was good. The only opportunity that I saw was to have hot water for tea and hot coffee. Most days the water and coffee were both lukewarm. The staff, all amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. Great hotel."

"Room wasn't bad. 2nd floor with a outside patio. However the wooden fence around the patio was partially knocked down. It would be nice to have an iron and ironing board, not a deal breaker. I'd stay there again. Close to downtown."

"This is an outstanding property that is second to none in the area. A few things can be improved and brought up to date room-wise but still a bargain. The problem is ants in the bathroom and closet area. They can't seem to fix this problem and this is my 4th visit. You shouldn't see ants anywhere in your room. It made us uncomfortable thinking they might be everywhere in the room."
