We stayed 6 nights here and are very happy with our decision! The staff is very friendly. We had our breakfast every morning in the garden. They have brand new beach chairs, towels and umbrellas they will lend you for your stay which we used all the time. Rooms look like they were recently remodeled. The overall upkeep and cleanliness of this property was very good. Loved our time here!
Fantastic resort. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful pool and beach. Rooms were great. Didn’t leverage restaurants as reviews were not stellar and far overpriced ($50 for a bowl of pasta?). Only negative is they felt understaffed. For example quick breakfast place to grab coffee, sandwich, etc was always busy with 10 people in line and took 30 mins. Poor staff their tried there best and super nice, but they needed more help as that’s a silly wait for coffee
For the price I thought this place was excellent. The kitchen was a surprise and having a cheap wife, came in handy. Also, the condo had chairs, ice chests, umbrellas and other beach amenities that really came in handy. Such a great stay
Maui Coast Hotel was an ideal base in Kihei! It was centrally located right across the street from Kamaole I Beach, and while I wouldn't necessarily recommend staying anywhere in Kihei without a car, there were definitely places to eat and hang in walkable distance in both directions, and the hotel also offered a complementary shuttle service within a 3-mile radius. For those with cars, the plentiful free parking was a nice contrast vs the predatory parking fees at the Wailea resorts.

For not being a beachfront hotel this place is beautifully located in Wailea with AMAZING views, made me forget it wasn't on the beach. That being said we were close enough to the beach that it didn't even matter. The hotel provided a shuttle to wherever we wanted to go within a three mile radius which was super convenient. The staff at the hotel provided a warm aloha welcome including a shell lei. The shuttle drivers were very polite, opening doors, helping with bags and answering any questions...
Maui Seaside hotel is very clean they take great care of their landscaping. They have a great view and is close to the shops. Staff is friendly and they even have an airport shuttle for free.
For some reason because it had the word "Hotel" in its name I didn't have great expectations. However, the entire place is like a very high end NEW resort. The room was ridiculously nice. It was like a nice sized one bedroom apartment (NOT a studio). The oversized shower area is super cool with a rain shower head. The kitchen had Sub-Zero drawer fridge and freezer. It had a Nespresso machine with capsules (the best coffee you can drink!!). You would be hard-pressed to find a finer room...
I want to thank Mika and Tammi for the upgrade to the Hibiscus Room. It was my fault that I didn’t document my other guest and booked the smallest room which I thought was cheaper. In the end, I got a really nice view of Haleakala and the Pineapple fields. It was a nice and quiet properly and they were one text away if we ever needed anything. I would highly recommend this property to a friend. Not too far from the places we wanted to go. Truly enjoyed my stay.
Great family owned vacation cottage! Not walkable to restaurants but right across the street from a beautiful beach. They even provided beach chairs and an umbrella! Beautiful property grounds. Staff was beyond helpful and excellent! Couldn’t ask for a more hospitable and welcoming cottage for our trip. Highly recommend.

The Mana Kai is a great place to stay in South Kihei with all that it has to offer. It's right on the water at the top-end of an amazing beach with fantastic access to all amenities.
I love being able to go to the gym (that has great new equipment), come up stairs have breakfast, rent a paddle board then walk straight to the beach for the morning baptism in Maui's warm Waters all within the same property. The 5 Palms restaurant on property was great for everything from cocktails to fine dining...
This lovely gem in the small town of Paia is centrally located well maintained and with pleasant staff it has a private 100 ft walkway to the beach. There is a phenomenal family style fish restaurant and a great flatbread pizzeria within 50 yards and a few shops. The Kahului airport is 6 miles away away
The pics of the beach were very misleading. There are rocks and bay sludge but not a bad view. The best bea h nearby is only 7 minutes by the airport. Staff were amazing!
The hotel location was very convenient for our stay and easy access to all what you need - restaurants and groceries. Walking distance to Costco if you're its member and taking advantage of it, especially its gas price was much cheaper to the others when you have rental car like me.
