Great hotel! Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of great amenities and breakfast was fabulous.

This is new hotel and it is excellent. The room was extremely clean and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The bed was very soft and comfortable. I usually don't sleep well in a hotel room, but I slept the whole night as if I was home. The whole stay was exceptional!

We wish you included breakfast, other than that, we were very pleased.

Everyone of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and such a blessing. Plan on coming again.

Spacious room with modern decor, comfortable beds and spectacular view of the city, river and boats. We had breakfast at the Factory and it was excellent. The portions were huge, the food was delicious and the server was outstanding. Front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. Lobby was fresh and clean, elevators were clean. Our room was on the 5th floor overlooking water street and the river which was a nice view. Room was very clean. Breakfast area was well filled and maintained. Free, secure parking was very nice. I would stay here again should I find myself in Pittsburgh again.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night. We did not hear any airport noise during our stay - quieter than we had expected. The room size is reasonable though the closet is very small and cramped. The room is well furnitured and the bed is clean. There are plentiful parking spaces. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby is small. We are happy with our stay.

Very good service from the girl who works at the reception at night. Very friendly and helpful. Good and clean rooms. Quick access to the parking lot. The gentleman who serves breakfast is a bit rude, but the rest of the staff is all very friendly

Our stay was outstanding and the staff, property, and food was awesome. I loved the history of this hotel and I definitely would stay here again!!

I always expect a hampton inn to be and above average hotel. They usually never disappoint to include this one.

A beautiful gem! This historic mansion turned boutique hotel is adorable. The original stained glass and carved wood grand staircase are breath taking. Keep in mind this is a 19th Century home, so the floors are creaky and the walls are thin, but there aren't that many rooms so it's not super busy. My only negative comment would be the ability for the room to cool down. It was a little stuffy and in our room the vent really only cooled the sitting area and not where our bed was located.
