"Very spacious room with satisfactory amenities.
During a rainstorm, the ceiling started to leak, and there was a brief period where the AC froze up and stopped working; but the room provided us great space to spread out and relax, and the mornings breakfasts were terrific!
The pool was closed due to not having met local health inspection yet, which was disappointing, especially since they hadn’t posted anything about that online or at check in."

"The only thing that I had a issue was the windows it was blocked with a piece of wood and if you have smaller kids which mine are still small they are 12 and 8 they do not really focus on Windows and focus more on Nintendo switches I would be really concerned of that I hope they fix it soon just because it can be a hazard for any family to have small children and they like to jump or flying other than that it was great for my family we appreciate it the breakfast was great and all was good !"

The restaurants were all good to great with the exception of the Burger Joint, where I encountered slow service and an unkempt dining area. The casino was tight, but offered a good variety of games, although the games in the non-smoking area were dated. I had an issue at check in but Kesia took care of it to my satisfaction.
