First time we had stayed at this facility. Front desk staff was outstanding and took action to make us feel very welcome. Maid service could have been better since they only came in 2 of the four days that we were guests. Had to ask the front desk for a replacement for the tissue box.

Although entering the large parking lot was not the best to look at pavement-wise, the buildings, grounds, pool area and rooms were beautiful. The landscaping was well done and well taken care of, with beautiful flowers and shrubbery. Plenty of outside seating areas around the pool and in other areas were available. very disappointed with front desk, i booked the room with harbor view ( that what i paid ) & the front lady gave me parking lot view. because i checked in late & tired so I don't want to argue with her but as a front desk she suppose to give the exactly what the client pay & i believe theirs already explanation in her computer without client have to ask the room type.
This is a pretty nice place in a nice quiet neighborhood. The lobby offers easy access for your luggage and the elevators are only steps away. The elevators are slow, clunky and noisy but that is not a big deal. The room was quite spacious with a work space area but I wished it had a larger fridge instead of the little one that was there.
