"Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday. "

"Check in was a hassle I was given wrong room, then told the room I reserved was not available then I had to argue with the employee and he finally gave me my room was not able to shower until 10 at night and the shower water was cold it was not hot they said someone was “working on it” "

"Clean rooms and building both inside and outside. Only negative thing that I have noticed is the front desk tends to hold staff meetings around 11am/ 12 noon and nobody is at the desk to help guests. They just make you wait until they are done. The other thing is that one of the housekeepers refuses to give you anything off of her cart. If you need TP, sheets or towels she will send you downstairs to the front desk. Just pray that it is not a "desperate😓" need. I have been at this hotel for seven months.Overall still a good hotel."
