"Toscana Valley was far beyond what we could have imagined! We felt like we were walking the streets of Italy! We stayed on the top floor (17th floor) and had an amazing room with an incredible view. (note, 16th floor has balcony, but it also has security bars which may impact the view) If you are looking at any of the hotels at this resort or any of the rooms, there is not a single bad option. Every hotel and room felt like paradise. Next time, we look to go back and stay at the Toscana...

The staff are friendly and polite, but could be switched on a little better. If you go with those expectations and know the service is not 5 star, you can still enjoy it. "This was truly a gem. We loved our cozy little stay at this property. It was very easy to park and check in.
Grateful we didn’t have a lot of luggage as it’s a little difficult to navigate to your room. The room was clean and very comfortable.
We didn’t take the chance to eat on the property but the cafe was very clean and welcoming. The couple that runs the cottages were really kind and made us feel like family. We will definitely be returning when we are in Pak Chong again. "

"Hotel amenities are luxurious for a remote stay. Waking up to the view and sounds of nature was so relaxing. The room had everything you’d need and was comfortable.
