We absolutely loved our stay at Amata Lanna. The hotel itself was beautiful and welcoming. Our rooms were airy, open and large. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, including the owner who we had the pleasure of meeting. Someone was always there to help with questions/suggestions and calling cabs to get around. The location was great, only about a 10 minute cab ride into the Old City. The breakfast that they provide is delicious and fresh. The only issue we had was when coming back...

BED Phrasingh was in an ideal location near Wat Phra Singh and near the main road of the old city. The breakfast was great, a good variety of Thai and western options. Fresh fruit and coffee/tea complimentary all day as well as free water in coolers positioned throughout the hotel. Also the "minibar" was free of charge and stocked daily. The pool was nice and clean. It was great hotel in a great location at a great price.

Very centrally located; probably our favorite hotel we stayed at in Thailand (of 6 total) for service, friendliness, and buffet. Right across street from a great, energetic local people's park.

An enjoyable stay! Clean rooms, the staff is friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed relaxing beside the pool. Lots of shopping nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay and would do again. Helpful and friendly staff.. "Barns" are cool as they have a local feel.. Like staying in a teak tree house.. Breakfast(traditional) was great and outside under the bungalow. About 15 to 20min from the old city..by Grab. Also. Its great to support a local family. A five minute walk from a 24hr store..and at a nice local restaurant that had grest food and friendly staff.

Very clean. Friendly staff. You will need transportation as hotel is somewhat isolated. Grab works very well and reasonable.

Staff is nice

Absolutely the most amazing customer service of my life. I have never in all my years been treated as good as I was at this hotel. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, gorgeous atmosphere. I felt like I had walked into a proper Thailand resort the way the hotel is decorated. The room I stayed in the first night wasn't good enough so they upgraded me free of charge. Absolutely will be staying here again next time I am in Chiang Mai.

I loved this hotel. It was clean, modern with an abundance bottled water at your disposal. The staff was super friendly and offered great tips on local activities. I specifically picked this hotel because of it's location in Nimman. There are tons of small shops, art studios, restaurants to check out. Chiang Mai is also not that big so we were able to walk from the middle of the Old City back to the hotel. I would love to come back to Chiang Mai and stay at BED Nimman!

I couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Thailand as a female solo travler who was looking for a peaceful, cozy, clean and friendly hotel. I am not into guesthouses anymore and The Little cals provided me the right luxury I was looking for without paying too much. The staff were SO NICE and helping. They always greet you, check on you, refill and looking to help. They even let me keep my suitcase while doing a couse, after check out. Not to mention, this is a brand new hotel, not a lot of...

Stayed for five weeks. Staff wonderful. Loved buffet breakfast, and Executive Lounge. Beautiful lobby and entry. Everything needed in room, including fridge, microwave, dishes. Excellent wifi. Great swimming pool and exercise center. Comfortable bed. Quiet, despite proximity to airport. I miss the place already.
