The hotel staff were friendly and kind, from checking in to drinks at the bar and check out they were helpful. The bartender even recommended better wine for us when we made a selection and gave us a sip of what we ordered versus what he gave us to show us the difference. The room was comfortable, it was a simple room which is perfect for Bamberg because you will be out all day and part of the evening anyways in this cute town! I would stay here again for sure!
