"Room was comfortable. The only issue was one couldn't control the temperature, even though there was a thermostat. Staff did their best to work in English. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. Parking was available, but a very steep and narrow access. Car front scraped on entry. Access to Metro was only 100 meters away, although very challenged to understand buying a card and what was available. "

"An older apartment, but with nice amenities and close to everything. The underground parking is a plus! There is no air conditioning in the apartment, which made it uncomfortable at night, but the managers promptly brought us 2 fans, which helped. They were prompt to reply with everything. The only suggestion would be to adjust the checkout time to noon, for example. 10:00 AM is very tight to get everything packed and cleared out.
