"Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was as expected. Nice size desk space. Patio had an ocean view and furniture but we didn’t use it. Downstairs has a welcome bar and espresso machine. Really wish they would make the coffee available in the morning instead of just the afternoon. There is a familymart in the parking lot. Nothing really walkable from this location but Okinawa doesn’t have the public transportation like the rest of Japan. "

"Nestled on the top of hill, fresh air and breezy wherever you’re taking a walk surrounding the hotel. Staff were superb! Had a minor issue where one of the bed corners caused a deep scratched and room changed were offered immediately, we saw staff members who went to fix the corners of the bed where incident took place at the same time when we were moving out. Pool was kids friendly too, we love the hot tub (onsen) within the hotel too."

"Well located and comfortable hotel for visit with family in Chatan. No luxury here but the furnishings and bath are comfortable, the staff is attentive and kind and they speak excellent English. Family oriented neighborhood with playgrounds, numerous small restaurants, and beach surf access. Coworking space with excellent internet. "
