"I didn't use breakfast, so I can't comment about it. I am not qualified to characterise the eco-friendly aspects. It is annoying that the survey doesn't allow alternative options for answers. However, my stay at Mercure Hotel West Bromwich was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had situations. I can't mention the names of all staff, because not so many had a badge with the name. I mentioned in a previous of my reviews the name of Marita, purely because she wear a badge, but all her colleagues were super fine. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The speed of internet... has room for improvement."

"The staff are brilliant. Courteous, friendly and amazingly helpful. They really made our stay enjoyable. Our rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.
