Cherry, himmatbhai and all restaurant and room service staff polite and always helpful. Food needs little improvement. Every room must have hot water geyser or boiler. They have solar connection for hot water but it takes time to get hot water. In house laundry is an advantage. Rates are reasonable for all services. We have stayed there...

"It's a great property with a great view, the food is expensive so I would recommend to opt for a Half Board meal plan. The food is tasy and staff is polite, helpful and hardworking. "Stayed at this hotel on Temple Road, McLeod Ganj in January end 2026 and honestly had a very nice experience. Food was really good. The balcony view was amazing — you can see Dharamshala and snow-covered mountains, which felt super peaceful. Absolutely unbelievable. $25 Onecash credit compensation for 3 rooms, 3 adults had to rebook somewhere else at walk up rates and this is what Hotels.com thought was appropriate compensation.
