"The room we asked to stay in was perfect - we were very happy the excellent hotel staff could arrange this for us. The cleanliness of the hotel is great and the cleaning staff are friendly. The breakfast is always excellent and the waiting staff are super efficient and also very kind and welcoming. The only thing to improve is the coffee - the coffee machine settings aren’t set well so the coffee is too watery. I preferred the coffee jugs… Jose Carlos the pool boy is always very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is also great. Looking forward to coming back again soon. "

Late check out was 40 euros in cash only - that seemed a big too much but we were able to just stay buy the pool.

"We had a great stay and were very happy with our room and the amenities. Guests should be made aware there is loud music playing until after midnight each night from the beach bars. Had to close the balcony door to sleep when we’d rather hear the ocean waves. Most guests would be fine with the lively atmosphere… "
