Hotels in Burnt Store Marina

"Rooms not "freshened up" by 5pm most days. Wanted to rest up after a day in the sun and spent time chasing down someone to do a quick cleaning. A few issues of language problems with cleaning crew. Oh and 2 hotel empying fire alarms. One of which was at 2am. The food, drinks, and pools were good. Plenty of loungers and chairs. "No cash" policy was dumb but i get the hotel wants to control the money. Outside the resort was a bit depressed, but an Uber ride down to road will get you to a Publix or Walgreens for some supplies at reasonable prices. ABC Liqour had great prices if you need to stock up. No plans to go back. Maybe in a year or two. "

"The front desk lady named Mary Jane is awesome every time I come to stay she always makes sure that I have a nice quiet room and she's very kind goes out of her way to make sure that everyone is always well taking care of the breakfast is great The Price is awesome for the service that I got thank you I'll definitely be back"

"horrible facility. Only service every 3 days. small towels, you only get one per person, no bathtub mat. Couches and chairs are filthy. The refrigerator is difficult to get into. The bed is not the size advertised. The toilet overflowed, and no maintenance. My husband had to fix it. matress was clean, and the rooms are quiet... so if you can deal with everything else, it was ok. "

"Restaurant food was amazing, nice location with much entertainment nearby. One bedroom suite with King bedroom was very well laid out and comfortable. Found some hairs on the shower walls and floors, -which is why I did not give them 5 stars."
