The hotel is about a 15-20 min taxi ride from the main part of town. And have the address handy as the driver didn't know where it was right away. But it's on a main highway so he ended up finding it. Since it's so far out, we made friends with the taxi driver and he ended up being our driver while we were in Puno. The Staff was really courteous, helpful and just wonderful. They assisted us with making taxi reservations, provided maps, suggested dining choices etc. The hotel's breakfast buffet was hearty and had great choices. We had dinner the evening before we left and the food was great; reasonably priced and huge servings not to mention delicious. I'd recommend this anytime. Showers/bathroom was clean had great water pressure. My room had a queen sized bed and with plenty of walking room left.

After arriving about 2 PM, on a freezing day, and after seeing my jetted tub in the window nook, all I wanted was the promised 24 hour available hot water that was promised.
