"Great breakfast buffet 😀 I only wish the coffee cups were bigger because staff were too busy to keep refilling - maybe provide coffee machines to allow self service?"

"The staff are nice but they are overwhelmed and didn’t seem to have a grasp on how things were running. The lack of staff meant you were always having to chase for more drinks or where your food was. The first night at the restaurant was a disaster and we had to wait for 2 hours for our food, which when you have 3 kids with you is miserable. It did improve over the following evenings, but I can’t forgive being served prawns on top of some soggy fries when I ordered lobster 😂😂😂"

"Was a nice hotel the only problem is the all inclusive you can only have 3 alcoholic drinks of either wine or beer for lunch and the same as dinner, would of been nice for a bit more drink option like vodka e.t.c, or even maybe 6 drink vouchers a day each so you can at least have one at the pool or something instead of at dinner or lunch, but I hear this is there law over there so not the hotels fault, you can obviously pay for alcoholic drinks at the bar but it’s €4 for a large beer what is really like just over half a pint in the uk. We done 4 nights so all in all was a nice break away but would definitely do this as a summer holiday"

"This hotel was 10/10! The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area! The rooms were lovely and quite spacious! The location was perfect with many shops, eateries, and things to do nearby! I would highly recommend! "
