It was our first time staying at Grove city motel. We enjoyed the amenities at the motel and the Location was perfect. It is close to the beach and grocery store. It offered everything we needed. The management is very friendly and helpful. I wanted to thank Joe for leaving our room open for us since we had a flight delay.

We were referred to Chadwick Cove and really lucked out. The unit was exactly what we were looking for and more than we expected. It is a fantastic location for enjoying the beach, restaurants and entertainment. the views that we saw each day were amazing. We will most definitely return. The condo provided all the amenities of home and was very clean.

The staff at this hotel made all the difference. We were first greeted by Mike, who was so kind in offering help and advice since we did not know the area. We met Jen at the breakfast the next morning. She is awesome and so friendly. Next, we met Regina and Donna, who made me feel so special when they discovered it was my birthday. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place

My mom and I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back. We were Inn Florida for the Diana Ross concert in Sarasota but all of the hotels were pretty expensive. Nokimis is less than 30 minutes from Sarasota so we decided to stay here. I was very pleased as I am very picky when it comes to hotels. The hotel itself is pretty new (less than 2 months) and the room was spacious and very clean. The front desk reps were very nice and the complementary continental breakfast was great! ...

The motel was freshly painted and many new fixtures and flooring. The family run business was found to have very friendly family members readily available to meet customer concerns and you could not beat the low prices. I was given a suite for the price of a double queen size room.

Single night stay, booked 2 rooms which were clean, comfortable, and updated. Front desk staff was very helpful in assisting with a minor tv issue in our room. Overall, a pleasant experience. Thanks

Clean room, great staff. awesome coffee 24hrs, one of the better places I've stayed in quite some time. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Punta Gorda.

Great pool and relaxing vibe. Food court restaurants were a bit pricey for quality and service provided. Strettos was fantastic! Food and service were wonderful. Not impressed with Blue lime service. Took 1.5hrs to get our food and seldom saw our waitress. Manager did not resolve our issue when brought to their attention.
