Staff was very friendly and helpful. Printed us out a google map to a nearby attraction. Room was clean and comfortable. It's kind of out in the middle of nowhere, but was easy to find and is not far away from anything you might want to find.

We stayed here three nights, with a family of six. It was great! Because of Covid, they had grab and go breakfast bags—not ideal, but better than some hotels on our travels this month. The room and beds were great. We enjoyed the saline pool. We had to sign up for a 40 minute time slot, but it worked out well. If no one signed up after us, we could stay longer. This is one of the nicest places I've stayed in Columbus. The rate included a complimentary breakfast that included freshly made waffles, sausage, egg bagels and more. The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to set the room temperature to a cool 65 degrees which made for an excellent night sleep. Upon check in, we were guided to the restaurant on site. Yeah, yeah I thought "Hotel Food". The next day, as appointments went, I took takeout there for dinner. The bartender was spectacular ( as I enjoyed a beverage waiting for food). Another appointment, and two hours later, I am ready to eat my Club sandwich ( thinking that it would likely hold best from the order time until eating time). Our stay was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and the location was near the casino where we didn’t have far to drive. I recommend The Hampton Inn highly. Oh and the checkout was noon!!!

We stayed here to visit the Indianapolis zoo and it was great stay. Clean room, breakfast was yummy

So clean and nice! Breakfast was served earlier than expected so that was a nice surprise. We were there for a volleyball tournament, so it was great to get breakfast so early. Will definitely stay again!

You get what you pay for! The hotel and staff was welcoming. Easy check in. The breakfast was good. The room and bathroom was nice. The king size bed was super comfy, big tv, and a very well lit bathroom. We didn’t go to the pool, but it look clean and gorgeous. There is a laundry room, it was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel!

First time at this hotel and we were extremely happy with cleanliness of the rooms and the entire facility. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast bar looked good, though we only grabbed a couple of cinnamon rolls (they were excellent) as we met friends for breakfast elsewhere. Rooms are old. They need new flooring and furniture. I didn't want to walk in my bare feet. Gross. It has an old musty smell. Our toilet handle didn't flush. We told the Frint desk. But, no one came to fix it. I would not stay here again.

The staff was friendly,the room was very clean bathroom shower had nice pressure & the hotel was well maintained.👍

Very convenient to restaurants. Property was clean and rooms were very well taken care of. The one suggestion I do have is to maybe upgrade the towels, they are starting to get alittle thin.
