Olbia rooms looks brand new, although the proprietors said that it opened a year ago. Staff is on site to welcome you, and they are fantastic at communicating before and after check in. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the site is actually within walking distance of Costa Smeralda Olbia airport (about 15 minutes). It's not the best walk, however, and might be worth the bus ticket. There's a bus stop just across the busy road, and there is a crosswalk that drivers acknowledge. The...

ALL of the staff at the Hotel Felix Olbia were very professional, friendly, and polite. Our room maid was Awesome as well. There is a blonde woman with short hair and wears glasses that literally was so kind that she "made me smile and leave the breakfast area happy that I saw and interacted with her! The women working at the Hotel reception desk were very accommodating. We didn't have any complaints and would stay at this facility again if we have need to do so. KUDOS to ALL!

The staff was amazing. It was great to have a restaurant right there. The beach was right there, literally down the steps! It was a very very nice beach. After staying here for two nights, I felt refreshed and relaxed. I had the only single room in the place, which was up a large number of stairs, the last flight being of a small creaky wooden circular staircase. If you have trouble walking upstairs, this might not be your place. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location.
