This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby
We only stayed one night but the staff were very helpful so we could get to our next lodging location. The room was clean and big and the little touches made a big difference.

We loved this hotel! My friend and I stayed for two weeks and felt very safe during our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the window view was amazing! The room was a quiet which we appreciated. We loved the Christmas decorations which made the hotel look beautiful.

Given this is Accor's mid-tier offering, one would not expect the excellent service, quality cooking, generous sized rooms and overall super awesomeness. The entire staff is amazing - from the concierge team on ground level, to the front desk, food exchange area, and the cleaning ladies. If you spring for the 'residence' side of the hotel, there is a nice sized room and bathroom to enjoy in quiet with good views of the city on higher floors. Live plant with lighting in the room too keep it nature friendly. Light switch is near the plant, if you want turn it off before going to bed. Breakfast service stops at 0930 hours.
The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else.
Rooms are small but the convenient location well makes up for how small the rooms are. Very quick walk over to Myeong-Dong Shopping street. The airport bus (17000 won per person) is also right by the hotel so it makes returning to the airport very easy, rather than trying to take multiple trains back to the airport. Breakfast was a bit repetitive but it was still good, Would definitely stay here again next time I return Seoul.

If you like quieter area and experience the hospitality of Korean culture, this part of town is awesome.
There are many great restaurants and bars you can go to, KTX is very close to the hotel.. about 10min walk.
Kudos to the employees in this hotel, everyone was absolutely amazing, especially the front desk. They go beyond the expectations. Very friendly and welcoming, they truly are great at what they do.
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Seoul. Room was very clean and the staff were nice. Walkable to Myeongdong. There’s tons of bus stops nearby including the airport limousine. Will definitely stay here again.
