"All the staff were very friendly especially the lady on the buggy. Breakfast in the lounge was delicious. Our room was upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The pool is lovely and we had a great stay. "

"It’s a good resort, the location and design was good. Despite there being many guests you didn’t feel like you were falling over people. Having access to the beach from the resort was good. However, it is looking a bit tired. Despite a message to keep the door closed to avoid sandflies it wasn’t possible to close the door to the balcony fully as it needed maintenance (which also meant if we had the aircon on it would have wasted energy). We were offered drinks and canapés is the lounge at sunset, was a nice touch. However, they had none of the ingredients for the cocktails on their menu. Some of the pool loungers needed repairing. Items on the menu were well over priced. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"From main KLIA term 1 you must go to level 1 and take the free shuttle to term 2, then go to level 2m where you will find the hotel. Very courteous staff, room was very clean and quiet. "

"The worst “resort” experience of my life – avoid at all costs! This place looks straight out of a horror movie. The moment you step in, it feels haunted – dim hallways that resemble a horror alleyway leading to your room. The carpets are disgustingly stained and dirty, the curtains are no better, and thick layers of dust dangle off the corners like cobwebs. The furniture is completely run down and stained, the pillows and bedsheets are yellowish and filthy, making it impossible to feel comfortable or clean. Even the balcony door couldn’t close or lock properly, which is a huge safety concern. The wardrobe was badly damaged and looked like it hadn’t been maintained for years. The toilet? Absolutely horrendous – run down, with non-functioning bowls and stained mirrors that make you wonder if anyone ever cleans this place. The whole room smelled musty and unwelcoming, like it hadn’t been used in decades. This so-called “resort” is nothing more than a nightmare. Definitely NOT worth the money. If you value your sanity, hygiene, and safety – STAY AWAY."

"Relatively newly renovated, but not much thought put into location of numerous power points in the room. They are all not near the bed. Toilet seat doesn't really cover the bowl properly. Toilet door does not close and lock. It was very noisy at night past 12midnight."
