"Central location within a 5 minute walk for all that Petropolis has to offer. Great breakfast in a comfortable setting. Nice swimming pool area to relax. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and as the hotel couldn’t repair quickly they moved us to another room. "

AC was phenomenal and necessary due to heavy humidity. Very nice smart tv which worked very well when the internet worked (missed 24 hours out of 4 day stay. Excellent parking option on site. Adjacent to nice mall. Walking distance to many restaurants.

This is being great. The property is beautiful, clean, and very upling. Staff has been wonderful and some speak English. This is a property in the country side of Rio and gives you a feeling of being out of the craziness of Rio. It's great for families and coupleas alike.if you come to Rio, and is looking for a place to rest while having fun, this is the place to be. If you are from Brazil, this is the place to be. I totally recommend.
Had a wonderful stay at Quinta da Paz resort. The hotel is in the hills of the Itaipava area of Petropolis and while close to the center also feels like a nice retreat. Quinta da Paz is truly a resort, on a large beautiful piece of property with a gorgeous pool. There is even a small nature hike on the resort. The trip was truly a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of Rio de Janeiro.
