Perfect for my needs and staff was lovely!

Lovely clean place to stay

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff was courteous and the room was clean. Right next to the Red Line train so very easy to get to from the airport.

Nice pool and fitness center and good breakfast.

Clean room with all the amenities you’d expect. The staff was friendly and the restaurant and bar was great!

Super classy. Well decorated. It very much reminds me of the hotel in the show Altered Carbon. Super secure. I tried to go to the speakeasy. It seemed like exactly what I wanted. The guy at the door decided that I was not supposed to be there. Even though I had been sent over by the front desk. Yebin assured me that there was no reason for him to block me like that. Yebin tried to be so helpful and gave me a free drink, but they treated me like I was a bum and refused to honor it. I bought a...

The Moxy Downtown was a vibe. Great employees and excellent customer services. I loved the art and the food court inside. The gym was fantastic and great to get one of my trainings done while traveling. The room was very cute and modern. I loved how Portland it all was. Would definitely stay here again.

The people at front desk were very nice and helpful. I loved the downstairs lobby/bar restaurant atmosphere as well. I utilized the workout room, and while it was functional I might try to dress it up a little bit. It might be nice to have some maps of Portland around too, so perhaps different neighborhoods can be circled/recommended?

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the hotel design and ambience. I did not like that the bed was smaller than a queen, the sheets were rough. There were crowds of people right outside the hotel or in the lobby celebrating very loudly from about 11:30 pm until 2 am. At that time it appeared that they came up and occupied the room directly above us, jumping, thumping and dancing(?) until after 3 am. We never got much sleep. We heard later there had been a wedding.

The Heathman is beautiful and the staff are great. We had a few problems, though. We went to our room after being out and the door card didn’t work. We asked for help and they forgot about us. We had to call a second time. It turns out the battery had died. It took quite some time to get us in the room and we almost missed the performance we had paid for, next door. I found the decor to be very charming with nods to Art Deco and interesting art on display.

I loved the location of this hotel. Staffs were very kind!
