Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

Given this is Accor's mid-tier offering, one would not expect the excellent service, quality cooking, generous sized rooms and overall super awesomeness. The entire staff is amazing - from the concierge team on ground level, to the front desk, food exchange area, and the cleaning ladies. If you spring for the 'residence' side of the hotel, there is a nice sized room and bathroom to enjoy in quiet with good views of the city on higher floors. The hotel is very convenient for public transport. It's just minutes away from a metro station that has 3 lines and can help you get all over Seoul. They also handled an issue that I had very well. I stayed for two nights and when I came back to the hotel in the evening for my second night the electricity wouldn't work in my room. The reception staff came up to try and fix it and when they couldn't, they immediately moved me to a different room for my second night. I was very impressed and...

The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. The staff was so helpful with any requests. There is a convenience store downstairs for any last minute needs. The suite was huge with endless storage. The location is really accessible. If you like walking around, this is definitely a nice location to stay at.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Seoul. Room was very clean and the staff were nice. Walkable to Myeongdong. There’s tons of bus stops nearby including the airport limousine. Will definitely stay here again.
