Hotels in Corona de Tucson

"What a nice property!! A serious bang for your buck. The hotel is adjacent to the Casino del Sol which offers several dining options in addition to gaming. There is also an excellent golf course and RV campground here. I stayed a few nights and wanted to stay longer but strangely they shut down for four days to observe the Easter holiday. I don’t know of any other property I’ve been to that did that. I was sick but had to pack up and move to a lesser hotel near the noisy Tucson Airport…"

"Being the first time staying at the desert diamond hotel, it would have been great to have been accommodated in my special requests prior to staying in the facility. I felt the very minimum to a welcoming stay was done by staff/hotel . "

"There were mysterious stains on the bed sheets. Strangers were very comfortable approaching and talking to me, which was odd, but nobody was rude. Staff was friendly enough and direct. The sink backed up a few times so I brushed my teeth in the shower to prevent future clogging. My room faced the main street and it was difficult to sleep, but it wasn't a bad stay. You get what you pay for. "
