"The people at the reseption was friendly and had a good costumer service, but the room was not what I had reserved, plus the shower was dirty with lot of red spots on the floor what appeared to be blood., and the toilet had marks of urine
The next morning I complained and we got transferred to a new room that was clean wich it was nice of them.
About 4 hours after we left, I got a call from the manager accusing us of stealing something from the room wich it was shocking to hear that., we had...

"My non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Service at dinner was very slow. The show I was there for was a great experience, but the stay at the hotel was not worth the money I paid. It was decent but did not knock my socks off.

The hotel is thoughtfully decorated with original black and white photos from it's heyday inception. It's in a great location (restaurants, bars and activities are two short blocks away), clean and secure. Our room was spacious, located near the terrace and comfortable. Sherry was wonderful - she went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay and brought towels within minutes of the request....
