"I wouldn’t stay here ever again. The room was run down and not conducive to a pleasant stay in Memphis. The parking is expensive and we had to ask for new towels after our first nights stay. There was no cleanup of our room after the first night which was total unexpected. "

High end decor, Would like to see Bass Pro offer items labeled Memphis Pyramid. No microwave in room, but offered in community area"

"Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was what to be expected for being included in the stay. You have a mixture of staff hospitality. Parking was extra but on the property able to access from the building. "
