"Our stay was absolutely Amazing. We dined at Knoxie’s table for dinner and enjoyed an evening in one of the private cabins. The property is beautiful and almost set up to be an all inclusive resort. The only thing missing was the golf course and a pool. The 2 things I would recommend are better toilet paper. What we had in our room was a low grade 2ply at best. And also I would recommend mechanical blinds on the windows at the top of the room. The property has bright walkway lights that shine through the windows at night. So if you’re like me and enjoy a dark room at night then the cabins might not be for you. Overall it was great get away and the cafe in the morning really hit the spot on our way out. I have already recommended this place to multiple people and really hope I get the opportunity to come back again one day. "

"The dog barking next door to my room after hours (after 11p) wasn't great. Took about half an hour to stop--wish it would have been resolved quicker"

"The property is disheveled and dirty. Front desk attendant gave us our room and then tried to break into it saying that it was already booked to someone else and we shouldn't have been in there. My son tried to explain that it was his room, and she tried to use a screwdriver to pop the security latch. Gross and poor facility. "

"Such a charming B&B set on 70 acres land with beautiful landscape by the water. Well maintain old house, makes you feels like a home. Warm comfortable sittng area combined with library, cafeteria, the fresh baked cooies, books, fireplace and the wines, lovly and thoughtful thouch. The room are clean with a premium bath, roomy and quiet.. Friendly stuffs, beautiful interior and historic house and the morning sunrise.. Of course the homemade breakfast are also very good and the fresh bluberry pie is my favorite that you never want to miss out. Thanks to Joanne & Jim, you are amazing ! Joan & Mom "
