From the minute we entered the hotel we were in love. The hotel is beautiful the staff is professional and extremely attentive. The hotel is in a great location and all the amenities are state of the art. I rarely write reviews but I so pleased with my stay I told myself I will write one to assist others looking for a hotel in Kochi to stay in. Take my word book this hotel you will not regret it. We were there for our wedding anniversary and the staff had some lovely surprises waiting for us....
Beautiful boutique hotel. Takes u back to history with all modern amenities. Awesome service with cleanliness. Plenty of staff available for help at all hours. Highly recommend and will definitely return for stay in future!!!!
If you like small hotels with lovely decor and a good restaurant Tissa's Inn is a good choice. You can walk to many sights or take a short Tuktuk ride. Staff are extremely helpful. Rooftop in early morning is very peaceful too. P
Outstanding staff in a beautiful hotel with great breakfast. The owner of the hotel personally selected the different heritage items in each room. The staff went out of their way to make sure our every need was taken into consideration.
Stayed one night at the W&H View Residency and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We mentioned we had been traveling most of the day and had not had an opportunity to have dinner; they provided a complimentary snack that was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. It’s also in a great location. We also requested assistance with booking a taxi and they recommended a very reliable and safe driver.
Our stay was really beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and families as the service was excellent.
Hotel is very nice, service is good only if you ask for it. First day, we had everything complimentary water, towels, toilet paper. Second day, they forgot to give us more water, third day forgot to give us towels, forth day there was no toilet paper,- each time we would call them and they would bring it in 10 minutes- but for a 5 star hotel, you think they would think of these stuff and save you the time and drama
Would highly recommend this hotel to others, as it is very conveniently located along Marine Drive (and thus near sightseeing, Kerala backwaters cruises and shopping downtown) and offers excellent hospitality services. When we stayed, there were couples, families and business-types and everyone truly enjoyed their stay. Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again.
We stayed for 4 nights in early January and were blown away by the crisp new and luxurious facilities, the cleanliness and attention to detail and the effort of some of the hotel staff, notably Mr. Ebin in the cafe to give personal attention and make the Marriott feel more like a home away from home. I really want to thank all of the staff for such an enjoyable stay.
