"Mantra Epping is a great hotel, check-in was quick, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast service. The food itself was fresh and delicious, what let it down was the long wait to be admitted, the lack of cups available at the tea/coffee making area, no teaspoons to fit the small yoghurt pots they had and we ended up paying for a Barista coffee which was bitter. The staff were doing an excellent job, we just got the impression that they were under staffed for the amount of people staying / having breakfast."

"Parking and access for vehicles are probably the only (slightly) negative points about this hotel. Otherwise the hotel was extremely well appointed, clean, great location and close to shopping so it was extremely impressive. I have stayed here several times before and wouldn’t hesitate to book and stay here again"
