Amazing staff always make this hotel so good

Not so nice staff, and saw some flies on the breakfast food on the buffet

The Vineyard is blessed with a magnificent setting at the base of Table Mountain in the suburbs of Capetown. The hotel is well preserved. The staff are very welcoming and add their personal charm to the experience. I highly recommend a stay in this beautiful location, just 12 minutes from the center of downtown.

. We booked the hotel because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. We were so surprised when we arrived as it's huge and grand. We had no idea of the magnitude and wished we could have stayed several nights. We had been touring the Western Cape for two weeks and were just too tired to take advantage of the many offerings. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

My daughter checked in after flight cancelled late night staff provided her help and complimentary wine bottle! Fantastic customer service

Everything there is pleasant. From the hotel reception, through the golf course up to the wine tasting...all is great.

Beautiful, small hotel located on hillside with views of lake and ocean. Tastefully decorated with antiques and art work acquired during owners travels. Perfectly located for easy access to the wine area, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Cape Point, Table Mountain, etc. Having your own car or renting one is advisable. Driving on the left was NOT a problem. Hotel staff is outstanding! Each day David inquired about our plans, checked weather or other details and ensured we had good driving...

great experience with hotel but shocked about expedia rates which are double the price of the hotel

The staff was great. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Staff were very helpful when our shark tour was canceled due to stormy weather. They tried to help us get out on another boat.

Spacious room! Clean and quiet! Well centered.

A superb hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Great atmosphere.

The hotel staff went above and beyond helping us, even after we checked out and had to make it to the airport for a late flight. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel, though the V&A area is a bit of a hike - took us about 25 minutes. Breakfast is delicious.

very lovely place close to town

This was German hospitality at its best. The staff is also very friendly and helpfull. The management is very attentive to the needs of the guests. There are many good shopping centres within close driving distance. The guesthouse is also close to public transport facilities to use tot hte scity centre

Up the hill from town, quiet neighborhood. Great views. Greet boutique hotel, 10 min center

We Spend 2 nights at the end of a 10 days stay in Cape Town for our honeymoon. The room was great, the bed really comfy, the view from our balcony was amazing. The 2 nights we were there, they left creme brulee and chocolate covered strawberries on our bed. It was really sweet. The staff was helpful and friendly.
