On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. Great ski location in a quaint swiss village. The lodge rooms are simple, clean, and priced accordingly. The lower lodge area is comfortable and chill. The food was tasteful and priced fair. The owners are super cool, include great hospitality, knowledge of the area, and will / can help you with anything. The lodge has ski storage and boot dryers. It sounds like they may add laundry facilities in the future. The whole area is an awesome experience.
