Overall, room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. AC cooled off super quick and fast. We had it nice and freezing like we love. We had space for our family of 5 to sleep in comfortable. The only complaint was that the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a great stay. I would stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel appears to be new. It's very clean and we heard no noise. The only thing that wasn't excellent was the breakfast. It was good, just not great. Will definitely stay there again.
I liked the location of this hotel in relation to Florida International Rally and Motorsports Park (FIRM). Also, the 24/7 pilot located right next door is super convenient. The coffee in the lobby was good, as well as the breakfast!

The Depot Village location is perfect for enjoying all the businesses/events in walking distance. We had a wonderful time walking to outdoor concerts and stores close by. The treehouse suite was perfect for our visit. The suite was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating - they even decorated the room to make it extra special for us. On the outside, this place looks like a 1950's-era roadside motel, so our room (116) was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and looked like it had been remodelled recently - new floors etc. The AC is a basic unit on the wall but that's what you'd expect. It worked great to mitigate the July Florida heat. The room itself was quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was a mini-fridge with a small working freezer, and a microwave, There was a decent rack for hanging clothes. ...
I had a mini vacation here between conferences at the University of Florida. I had a delightful room, wonderful facilities, gardens, saltwater pool, and the cat Butterscotch was a wonderful friend as I had a lovely evening in a rocker on the porch with a bit of wine and a book.
I highly recommend the massage therapist option. She was wonderful and set up and collapse was not intrusive in my room.
