"I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff."

We lost a phone during one of the days there and before we noticed it was missing, the staff had found it and was contacting us about delivering it back to us. Also just a little thing like having a free minibar is a nice plus for the overall experience. The location of the resort is also very good and relatively close to most attractions in the area....

The lobby area, restaurant area, upstairs hallways and room were all very nice and clean. It’s very hot here in the area but the A/C in the room worked perfectly. Las puertas son de vidrio y la luz de los pasillos está prendida en las noches (por lo tanto siempre hay luz en las recámaras). Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y muy limpias.
