"El hotel está muy bien, moderno, limpio, cuidado. Teníamos una de las habitaciones con balcón de la izda (executive), muy buenas. El desayuno no es de tipo buffet, pero puedes pedir que te sirvan lo que quieras, con nosotros fueron muy amables. El hotel no tiene playa ni piscina, pero puedes pedir un vale y acceder a un complejo privado a unos 200 metros, con playa, piscina, y un restaurante al lado del mar que está fenomenal para comer y cenar al aire libre. "The hotel is located in a noisy area. I could not sleep at night as many bars, pubs and nightclubs are near. Despite being one of the few residents of the hotel that day, they refused to move me to a quieter room. Also, when I booked the place it stated that it has a pool and beach access but when I arrived there they said that the pool was not functioning as it needed maintenance. "

There was a minor problem the suite we have supposed to have a king bed which it did and in the outer room sofa bed to sleep third person
Later that night we realized that the sofa will not be a bed so we had to call front desk and have a portable bed delivered
The ned was narrow and to say the least not comfi
Early morning we left to airport for overseas flight
So did we get assigned to a different suite
Booking confirmation that suite slle 3 adult easy

"The hotel offers excellent service in a fantastic location. The customer service was highly professional, making the stay even more enjoyable. The convenient location is a significant bonus. My only suggestion would be to include complimentary drinking water in the rooms for added convenience."
