Unexpectedly spacious room with large double beds and large bathroom. Has a nice slightly old fashioned elegant feel unlike other station area hotels that are always bustling and prioritize efficient use of space in the rooms. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Conveniently located to Yamato Museum, mall shopping and transportation. Set breakfast (choice of either Japanese or Western) was well prepared and tasty in a restaurant on the top floor of building (14th floor). Also surprising number of...
Perfect hotel for our honeymoon. The room had a beautiful view to the sea and nearby islands. The breakfast was very complete consisting of multiple small dishes. Everything was high quality, the rooms, the onsen, the lounge area, etc. Most importantly, the staff and the bartender (Kai) were super helpful and welcoming.
Our first trip to Hiroshima, so obviously our first trip to this hotel. Great location, easy to walk to streetcar stops, convenience stores, Peace Center, restaurants. Hotel has a very welcoming check-in area on the 14th floor, which has a panoramic view of the downtown Hiroshima area. We enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks as we watched the sun set.
Pros:
- great location near the center of town
- beautiful lobby/bar on the 14th floor
- complimentary snacks/beverages when we checked in

Muy lindo los cuartos y muy especial las empleadas ,muy atentos excelente
Cerca de muchos restaurantes y centros de compras ,muchas gracias por su amabilidad
Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!
spacious room with lots of amenities not seen in most Japanese hotels: washing machine, dishes and utensils, pots and pans. Very comfortable stay, definitely look for the same brand next time.
Coming from the US and wanting to experience a Japanese style hotel, we thought that this would be a nice one to try. We were planning to spend one night in Hiroshima and visit Miyajima as well. The location and the fact that this hotel hotel has private bathrooms were key factors in our choice (communal bathrooms aren't for us).
From the outside, this looks like an ordinary hotel. When you enter, the staff has slippers laid out for you and they store your shoes. You wear the slippers...
This place amazingly
Clean and modernized. I love how they give out amenities at the reception area. They even have an osen, only issue is that I needed to cover my tattoos (which is fine, I respect the culture - thankfully the reception desk gives out concealing stickers for your tattoos). I wished I could have stayed there longer
The location is ideal as it is directly across the street from the ferry. The shopping street and the famous Itsukushima Shrine is just a short walk away.
I stayed in a room that had the bed in an upstairs loft. Things to consider if you book this room are the stairs are pretty steep and it’s not a small flight of stairs. The shower is separate from the toilet. The shower opens up to the hallway In the room, there is no separate area to change in privacy.
I loved the bed, I think the mattress...
