"Very clean and relatively spacious apartments with exceptionally friendly staff. Dogs are warmly welcomed and even receive a small gift. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, the pool is excellent. Secure parking is included, and the washing machine was very useful. Despite the beach not being fully cleaned yet in the pre-season, it was peaceful and relaxing. We had a great stay and would happily return."

"Probably the most typical place for a tourist destination that doesn’t care and gets new visitors the day after. Booked with a sea view, got a view overlooking their restaurant that’s between the hotel and the sea. I did get moved up a floor after a discussion with staff that included highlights as “our definition of sea view is windows in the direction of the sea” - so the view part was irrelevant. They lock the doors at 23:00, they don’t mention this at all during checkin. We were locked...

If you are driving, just be aware that there is a low emissions in the area which you must register your car. But everything you need is close by such as the local town to vineyards for wine tasting. "Ther room was big for european standards, clean and very well decorated. The lobby has a great vibe with modern/artistic decor and an amazing view. The breakfast was great, with local products and the staff was amazing, she prepared a lot of the delicious food that was offered (I assume she was the owner/administrator). This is the hotel if you are visiting the Bolgheri area. "
