"Panism was amazing! The rooms were comfortable with tons of space - some of them had balconies, all had AC. There was a pool (I did not use), and a workout room as well as multiple terraces, including the kitchen where they served breakfast (included) and lunch/dinner if requested in advance. The staff was wonderful and we became friends over the course of my stay. They even helped me out of a small accident.

We have experience lot of hotel in pondicherry but want to experince a new hotel so first tkme booked with expedia and got offers too. "The check in time is 2 pm but advertised as noon time. Room was not clean and ready upon arrival at 3 pm on 26th dec 2023. Only 1 towel was provided although had booked room for 2 guests. Hot water was not available for shower. Car parking area is very limited. Reception response was below par. Better options available close by in the vicinity such as Treebo hotels which gives much superior service at similar pricing. "
