We had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious, modern. The staff were extremely helpful. They have a great buffet for breakfast, and you can eat inside or out in their patio. We will come back here on our next stay.
This Hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. The location is right outside the Bergamo Alta wall. It is very quiet, has a wonderful breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff, great view and artfully furnished.
The staff at this hotel was so incredible I can't say enough about them. Hotel was clean and had everything you would need. Restaurants were close. Train station was a bit of a walk. Not centrally located. Train system was a little challenging. Alot of the city was dirty and people were rude around the city.
We booked a balcony room overlooking the Lake and WOW! We had the most romantic and unforgettable stay. The staff is so kind and generous, we will definitely stay again next time we’re in the Como area.
The view from our room was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay (2 nights). There's a nice passage by the lake. Breakfast was very good, especially cappuccino! The staff was helpful at the desk. There's a little market about 500 meters away, which was convenient. The train station is 100 meters but there is no person at the office. The train comes every hour or every two hours. We took a train to Varenna Esino and walked to the Villa Monastero/Botanical Garden. It was very nice.
Was upgraded to a suite for free. Location was good for us, about 40 min from Milano and 35 min from Bergamo. Good breakfast. Free parking. Will stay again.
The personel, especially Mr Marco of reception was super helpful and nice. I got parking place on the internal hotel parking, got an upgraded room and very good reccomendations where to go in the city
Spacious, super comfortable, recently renovated suites with decent breakfast options. Parking is available at the front of the building. Hotel is a bit far from Milan, and requires driving to the nearest metro station - Sesto 1 Rondo, but the more convenient station to drive to is Sesto Marelli (12 min drive) on the red M1 line. There's parking on streets in the white lines near the metro stops. The hotel is right next to the Vulcano mall but the free mall bus to Milan center has limited...
