"Nice clean room the suite was very good and close to everything you need in the area but out of the main hussle and bussle of the town. Town was around 14 min walk."
"Exactly as described and in a great location.
My room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. I didn’t make use of the communal areas but they were all really clean and quiet.
Saw lots of reviews about external noise, but I didn’t hear any at all (Sunday to Wednesday)"
"Had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend. It is a hidden gem!
The staff were so kind and helpful and the amenities were excellent. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we had a really comfortable sleep."
"The location is so good. The train station is 20m away trom where you can travel easily with train to destinations like Lagos, Albuteira, lavira, Olhau,... Also some very nice rooftop restaurants and bars are just 5 min away.
The whole staff at the receiption was very kind and its VERY CLEAN! The price-cost-ratio is top!"
"The room was basic as excepted at this price point, but clean and the airconditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is well situated to explore the town centre of Faro."

The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The balcony was great for relaxing at night or having coffee in the morning (which the coffee was an added bonus from the hotel). I loved the pool area outside and being able to put my feet in and read. Would stay again!
I loved my stay at the Oakmoon. I was the only one there for two days, so I had free use of my spacious room, plus the open-plan full kitchen and living room area and the funky little interior patio with hand-painted mural. The house is on a narrow street of mostly private homes and a few bars and restaurants and close to plenty of other restaurants, shops, the marina, cathedral, laundromat, etc. Sarah, the house manager, is friendly and very helpful, if you need anything.
We had a great stay at Solar Mendoça, it is a wonderful hotel with equally as wonderful staff. The location is perfect and easy access from the train station (about a 10 min walk on level streets) also it’s very close to old town. It’s right near an astounding cathedral and near chapel of bones. It’s near everything!
The room is super clean, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. There is also a small fridge and small coffee/tea station where they have provided nice tea selections (since...
Amazing. Beautiful room, attached living area, close to shops, restaurants and sites, small balcony, shared pool. Wonderful breakfast. Would stay here again!
We stayed at ibis as an overnight after a long day of travel, and it was wonderful. The staff was welcoming, even after midnight, and we got drinks from the 24 hour bar to sate our thirst after a long day. The bed was comfortable and the room was convenient. Highly recommend this property for your needs in Faro!
Absolute gem. The bed was so comfortable, and I have a bad back so this was such a relief! We stayed in the Barn room which was so spacious! We had our own bathroom, foyer with a desk and drawers, as well as a bedroom. I would definitely recommend booking this room over the others if you have a lot of luggage as the foyer would be great for that.
We were also so delighted to meet Rally, the old dog in the courtyard! Although we didn't have our dog with us, I was so pleased to see that they...
Hostel was very welcoming and staff was friendly from time of booking our stay. Flights got delayed and they were quick to respond. Room and bathrooms were very clean at all times. The sense of community was comforting while traveling in a new place. I highly recommend.
