"This is not a 5 star quality hotel, and staff neither delivers 5 star hospitality service nor speak sufficient English for a 5 star hotel. Infrastructure is quite outdated and often broken. On a positive note , wonderful views of the sea and coast, and good breakfast buffet"

"There are 2 buildings for this hotel. If the room lists garden view it is in a building that is 2.5⭐️ but definitely not 4.5⭐️. The garden building needs renovations. The restaurant was nice and most of the staff in the hotel were nice. Beware that if you play in the casino and exchange dollars for pesos, they will only exchange from pesos to USD the amount that you exchanged to play. The other winnings will be given to you in pesos. The room service dining took 2 hours to be delivered to the room. And upon delivery the fries were cold. "

"The room was somewhat clean, however we had an issue with smokers in the floor above us and the smell was very strong. The front desk was able to figure out who it was but it was still very disappointing. The noise level is unreal and will keep you up all nights. It seems like the window seals are not good. Also the front desk staff was not very friendly except for the night crew. They just stare at you as you pass by and don’t greet you. The outside men who help were very friendly though. Overall I would not stay here again. "
